Email info@parismuseums.net. That is the only address this site uses, and anything sent there gets read. There is no phone line and no office to visit, just a mailbox and a directory of 39 museums and museum-like attractions that someone has to keep straight.
If your message is about a specific museum, name it and say what page you saw it on. A note that reads "the Orsay price is wrong" is useful. A note that reads "the price on the Musée d'Orsay page is showing €15 but the museum's own ticket page says something else" gets fixed the same day.
What We Can Answer
This site exists to answer practical questions, and 35 of them are already answered on its pages. The rest arrive by email. Typical things worth writing about:
- Which museums are free and under which rule, since the City of Paris permanent collections and the national museums follow two different systems that do not overlap.
- Whether a museum needs a booked ticket or can be walked into, and what a door price is on the museum's own page.
- Whether the Paris Museum Pass makes sense for your itinerary, given its prices of €85, €105 and €125 and its hour-counted validity.

Corrections Are The Most Useful Message
Prices change, opening hours shift, and museums close for works without much warning. Every figure on this site is checked against each museum's own ticket page, but a museum can move faster than a directory. If you spot a price that no longer matches what the museum itself charges, or an opening time or a closed day that is out of date, that email is the most useful message this site can receive. Send it. Corrections get checked and applied quickly.
What We Cannot Do
This site is not any museum's box office. It cannot book a ticket, refund one, change a booking, or look up an order you have already placed. If you bought a ticket through one of the booking platforms linked from these pages, that platform handles your booking and any refund. The site only links to the tickets and earns a commission on sales at no extra cost to the reader; the sale itself, and everything after it, is between you and the platform.
For entry to a museum you already hold a ticket for, go to the museum. For a lost confirmation code, contact the platform that issued it. And for everything else, the address is info@parismuseums.net.
